Cedar Chase

Cedar Chase is an estate of 24 houses in Taplow, South Bucks. It was built in 1966 by Span Developments, and is one of the best-preserved Span estates.

Cedar Chase was added to Buckinghamshire Council’s Local Heritage List in 2024.

It is rare for Cedar Chase houses to come up for sale, but we hear that two are likely to be put on the market very soon. Contact the Society for further details.

Cedar Chase is 60!

We shall be celebrating our 60th birthday on Sunday September 6th 2026 with an exhibition in Taplow Village Village Hall between 10:00 and 16:30. We shall also be opening our gardens for viewing.
